1. Purpose

The purpose of this agreement is to confirm that the Player is officially part of League Of Champions FC and agrees to follow the rules, responsibilities, and commitments of the Club.

2. Player Commitments

• Attend training sessions and matches regularly.
• Show respect to coaches, referees, teammates, and opponents.
• Wear the official club uniform during matches and events.
• Always play fairly and uphold sportsmanship.
• Inform the Club if they cannot attend a match or practice.

3. Club Commitments

• Provide training sessions, match opportunities, and tournaments.
• Provide player IDs (if applicable).
• Ensure a safe and respectful environment for all players.
• Recognize and reward outstanding performance (e.g., medals, certificates, trophies).

4. Payment & Fees

• The Club may request payments from players when needed, such as fees announced by LC Aldrin and LC Adithya.
• The exact amount will be shared in the group chats or during game sessions.
• If a player cannot pay, they may withdraw at least 2 days before the tournament starts without penalty.
• If the player agrees but fails to pay, the amount owed will increase by 100 Fils each week until cleared.
• Players who are unable to pay immediately must inform the Club when they will be able to pay.
• All money collected will be used for the Club as a whole, not for individual members.
• This rule applies to all players and owners.

5. Duration

This contract is valid from ___________ to ___________, unless ended earlier by mutual agreement.

6. Code of Conduct

• No fighting, bullying, or disrespectful behavior.
• No quitting during a match without a valid reason.
• Support and encourage teammates at all times.

7. Termination

The Club may end this contract if the Player:

• Repeatedly breaks rules.
• Shows poor behavior or disrespects others.
• Fails to attend matches and practices without notice.
